1. Alexander
After learning the profession in Holland, former fighter pilot Ory Sagi founded a modest brewery named after a nearby River(Nahal Alexander).
The brewery blends European materials and processes with contemporary equipment to produce many brands, including Black, Anbree, Blond, Green, and a fruity IPA.
Alexander Brewery is the brewery that has won the most awards in international beer competitions, among the Israeli craft (boutique) breweries! You can see the medals and trophies on display there.
The tours in the brewery take place from Sunday to Friday, every two hours, between 10 am-4 pm. On Thursday evenings and Friday mornings, you can come to the brewery's yard to drink excellent Israeli beer and enjoy snacks from Food Truck Carolina.

2. Malka
A small and "Green" family-owned microbrewery located in Kibbutz Yechiam, Western Galilee, near Acre Old City.
Malka ("Queen" in Hebrew) brewery manufactures three traditional brands, Irish Stout, Pale Ale, and English Lager.
A small and simple yet pleasant visitor center offers tours and tastings. During the visit to the brewery, you can watch the brewery from the second floor and see the entire brewing and packaging process laid out in front of you. The guests get to smell the brewing beer, the raw materials and of course, taste the many different types of beer produced on site.

3. Hagibor
On the outskirts of Karmiel, you will find the Beer Garden of the Gibor Brewery, located in a quiet corner with seating areas under carob trees. There you can find the brewery's variety of beers. A tour can be arranged for groups of over 12 people by prior arrangement. On the tour, you will get to see the production processes and taste a variety of regular and seasonal beers.

4. FASS
Fass Brewery is a small family brewery, pub, and visitor center established by the brothers Hagi and Or Fass in 2012. You can taste the regular variety they produce and also the special - beer that changes according to the mood of the brewmaster. You can watch the brewery through a window in the pub (open on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 20:30 and 1:00) while sipping a fresh beer.
A special program can be arranged for Groups to receive training about the world of beer.

5. Nazareth
The "Nazareth" brewery started as a small home brewery by two beer-loving high-tech friends from Nazareth, Amir, and Bassel, who decided that the historical culinary and tourism city, Nazareth, also deserved its beer. In September 2019, Nazareth Brewery expanded the factory and established a visitor center that allows visits and tours for up to 45 people. 6. Jem's
Gem's is a boutique brewery established in 2009 in Petah Tikva by Daniel Alon and Jeremy Walfeld who studied the science of Brewing at the University of California, who immigrated to Israel from the United States, and showed Israelis "how to do it" with the innovation: a beautiful restaurant next to the brewery. Since then, Gem's branches have been opened throughout the country, all serving a variety of the brewery's beers, but only at the main branch in Petah Tikva, you can visit the factory and maybe you'll be lucky enough to meet the man and the legend - Jeremy himself. The tour includes a visit to the beer factory, an explanation of the types of beer, and a tasting of the variety of fresh beers produced on-site.

8. Dancing Camel
Give respect! This is the oldest boutique brewery in Israel (established in 2005) and the only one in Tel Aviv operated by master brewer David Cohen who comes straight from the United States. The beers are produced with a particularly Israeli emphasis, by adding fruits and spices from our magical holy land, such as Silan, mint, Shata, etrog, pomegranates, and more.
The brewery organizes special festivals on the occasion of American holidays and indulges in special promotions on Israeli holidays as well.

9. Okandash Brewery (Oak and Ash)
Oak and Ash Brewery is a tiny craft brewery located in the suburbs of Jerusalem. The brewery is a Brewstillery (a mixture of a brewery and a distillery) that produces several varieties of beer, alcoholic ciders, alcoholic lemonades, and spirits. Everything is, of course, produced in limited amounts with high-quality raw materials and meticulous attention to detail.
A stroll across the production floor amongst the various machinery and equipment, an explanation of the production processes, and an examination of the benefits and drawbacks of a small firm are all included in the tour. After the tour, get together in the bar to sample eight different taps, some of which are only available on the site.

Located in the scenic Shephelah region, Srigim Brewery is a combined visitor center for two distinct local microbreweries: Ella Valley Brewery and Ronen Brewery. Situated in the settlement of Srigim Li-On, near Beit Shemesh, this brewery offers a unique experience for beer enthusiasts. Ella Valley Brewery specializes in classic European styles, with their Bavarian Wheat being a standout favorite. Beerbazar took the opposite route, they started as a stand selling Israeli beers in Tel Aviv's Carmel market and grew into a powerhouse that includes a network of branches in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, their brewery - "Mivshelet Ha'aretz" located in Kiryat Gat, which brews the house brands and other brands.
In the Birbazaar branches you can taste the variety of beers they produce and many other Israeli beers, today it is possible to taste more than 100 different types of beer on the spot! The best branches are located in the flea market in Jaffa and the Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem.
