The tour of The Burnt Cars Compound, Nova Festival Site, Sderot, and other sites around the Gaza Strip Following the brutal Hamas attack on October 7th, 2023, offers a unique and new experience with unbelievable real stories never told before. Discover the unfolding events minute after minute, the courage and the surprising effects, and also the resilience of the brave Israeli people.

Touring Sderot

We start from Sderot, a city that has been targeted by Hamas and the Islamic Jihad since 2005 with over 20,000 rockets! Sderot has the most bomb shelters in Israel to protect the civilians and there is not a single bus stop without one. The must-see locations will be the demolished police station of Sderot, 2 special shelters, the damaged Habad house, a gas station where 16 people were murdered, and an observation point over Gaza from " Givat Kobi" or the "Reporter's Hill".

The Burnt Cars Compound near Moshav Tkuma

The horrific display of the burnt cars(more than 1800 cars) from the October 7th events is 10 km away from the Nova site. You will find dozens of burnt cars hit by Hamas, and many damaged and recognizable cars belong to police and IDF forces and to people who saved others from the Nova festival by driving back and forth. Many Hamas cars with machine guns and motorcycles are also displayed on the compound.

Visiting the Nova Music Festival Site

An organized music festival in the Reim forest approximately 20 kilometers south of Sderot turned out to be a massacre scene on October 7th. This trance music festival, only 5 kilometers from the Gaza Strip, was spontaneously targeted by Hamas, who brutally murdered 364 people and kidnapped over 40. The Nova site is now a memorial area where you can pay respect to the victims and hear their personal stories. On-site, you will find pictures, memorials donated by the victim's families, and a memorial forest.

Shuva Ahim Rest Station

Near Moshav Shuva there is a resting station for Israeli soldiers, the location was originally a field hospital for casualties of October 7th and later on, became a volunteer civilian place providing the soldiers with all their needs. Shuva junction station was established by the amazing Trabelsi brothers from the nearby town of Netivot who donated their resources to help the serving soldiers. Here you can meet the active soldiers coming from Gaza to eat and rest and also you can volunteer.

Access to other sites like Kibbutz Beeri or Nir Oz is very limited but sometimes possible, remember this is a tour to bear witness and remember the horrific holocaust that the Israeli people are still going through.
